PHOENIX, AZ — The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC) has named its executive board for 2006. Al Montoya, Wells Fargo, is the new board chair; Alex Juarez, Qwest, is vice-chair; Jessica Pacheco, APS, is treasurer; Max Gonzales, SRP, is secretary; and Israel Torres, director, Arizona Registrar of Contractors, will be immediate past chairman.
