PHOENIX, AZ — The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC) has made it possible to download the nomination form for Entrepreneur, Man, Woman and Corporation of the Year as part of the third annual business awards to be presented at the Black and White Ball in April, 2006. The deadline for consideration of recipients is February 10, 2006.
The recipients will be honored as part of the 48th Annual Black and White Ball to be held at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, 6902 East Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale, Saturday, April 22, 2006. Last year's recipients were: Daniel Villa Jr., Entrepreneur of the Year; Southwest Ambulance, Corporation of the Year; Gary Trujillo, Man of the Year; and Governor Janet Napolitano, Woman of the Year.

The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the efforts of the local business community, especially small business owners. Furthermore, the AZHCC provides a voice for Hispanic businesses in the Valley through advocacy efforts at the local, state and national level.
