A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT AND CEO Welcome to the NEW Comercio newsletter, a publication for the members of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. We are proud to be unveiling our new look after a short hiatus. We will be expanding our coverage of Chamber activities – look for pictures of our events, news about the successes of our members and their companies, and useful information about upcoming events. We are moving forward with enthusiasm as we near the end of 2003. We are optimistic and excited about 2004 as we work together to make the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce the premier organization for doing business with the Hispanic community. We believe in a three-prong approach, which includes procurement, public policy and education. Through procurement opportunities we help our member’s businesses grow. By affecting public policy, we strive to impact those issues that are important to our membership. Through education, we strive to positively influence the lifelong process of learning whether in the classroom or the boardroom.
