Phoenix, AZ – Qwest Communications International Inc. will be the presenting sponsor for the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC) Annual Black and White Ball and Inaugural Business Awards to be held Saturday April 3, 2004 at the Arizona Biltmore, 2400 E. Missouri. The event annually draws more than 1,000 people including various dignitaries, business and community leaders.
