Graciela Martinez
Business Data Analytics, Arizona State University
Hi, my name is Graciela Martinez, and I am honored to be one of the recipients of the
Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce scholarship. I am currently a senior in Barrett, The
Honors College and W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, majoring in
business data analytics and management. In addition to my double major, I am also pursuing a
certificate in international business studies.
During my time at ASU, I have actively participated in various organizations, such as the
Hispanic Business Students Association and Pathways for the Future. I've also had the privilege
of studying abroad in Singapore and South Korea, broadening my horizons and enhancing my
cultural awareness. Currently, I am interning with the chamber, where I have the privilege of
being a part of the production team for DATOS: The State of Arizona's Hispanic Market. This
role has deepened my understanding of the Hispanic community's impact on Arizona and the
power of storytelling with data.
Looking ahead, I aspire to pursue a career in data science and possibly pursue graduate
studies. I am immensely grateful for the Chamber's support in my educational journey and their
unwavering dedication to serving and uplifting the Hispanic communityname@info.com
