Meet Adrienne Perez

Sr. Marketing Manager at Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Adrienne Perez

Adrienne Perez was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. Her family history is rooted in both the United States and México, as her grandfather was born in Hermosillo, Sonora, and immigrated to the US at a young age. She comes from a tight-knit family, with both parents also born and raised in Tucson. She has two younger sisters and is overjoyed to be a Tía to two beautiful nieces. She is honored to be the first in her immediate family to earn a bachelor's and master's degree. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Arizona, and then pursued her graduate degree online from Northern Arizona University.  

Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and Latinx representation both in business and higher education. She has worked in various fields, including Sports Marketing, Higher Education and most recently Real Estate. Her journey following undergrad led her to work for the Arizona Diamondbacks in Ticket Operations. She later transitioned to The University of Arizona, Eller College of Management where she served as Sports Management Career Coach and Diversity Coordinator. Continuing her commitment to DEI, she worked at The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. She has the privilege of working with Major League Baseball during the All-Star Game each summer. Additionally, she enjoys attending fitness classes, particularly hot yoga and HIIT boxing. 

In her new role as Marketing and Operations Manager at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC), she will assist in the daily operations of the AZHCC team by creating and implementing new policies. In addition, she will focus on digital marketing by managing social media accounts and representing the AZHCC mission, values and brand. She will also focus on increasing brand awareness and creating content to engage more of the Latinx community in Arizona. Adrienne accepted this role at AZHCC because she is passionate about elevating the Latinx community and providing resources to underserved communities. She is committed to creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate with the Latinx community and understands the importance of cultural representation and the power of inclusive marketing.
